Cesar, Edgar, and the whole Trio team did a wonderful job. They all worked very hard and were creative in dealing with the complexities of this unusual house. Even though home improvements are disruptive, it was nice to have these guys around. They were respectful, friendly, and good communicators. I was pleased with Trio Heating and Air. My technician, Antonio was very thorough and careful. He explained the step-by-step process of examining my unit. The customer service was amazing. Antonio also used shoe covers when stepping in and out of my house. I really appreciated him for it.
These guys offered an inspection for $44 and I took it. I fully expected them to come up with a list of repairs, just to justify their trip.Andreas (I think) was very knowledgeable and curteous. He seems to really know what he was doing. He did upsell a little offering an yearly inspection plan, which I did not mind and I bought.

They reviewed their recommendations across the price spectrum and weighed in on what costs were tied to additional benefit vs branding. My gas furnace stopped blowing heat. I called Trio, and Junior stopped by, tested the unit, and explained the problem. He then proceeded to order the part for the furnace. Everything was transparent. Junior was most pleasant and great to work with.A few days later, when the parts arrived, Junior and Martin came over and installed the unit in the furnace. Everything was smoothly done and professionally. It was a pleasant experience. A CO check was included and done with care twice, just to be sure.I will call on Trio again and recommend them. We now have heat at our home, thanks to Junior and Martin.
My initial consultation was with Sam and I was impressed with his attention to detail and the time he spent understanding the particulars of my house. Often, a company’s responsiveness will decrease after the contract is signed, but that wasn’t the case with Sam. He remained very responsive and scheduled all my work efficiently. Jaime and Matthew did most of my installation and they were so friendly, arrived on time, cleaned up after each day’s work, and were communicative about the progress on the job. I haven’t had my city inspection yet, but I feel confident in the work they’ve done and in their promise to handle anything that may come up during inspection. I really appreciated the level of professionalism shown by Trio and I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

I called this company to diagnose the heater that is not working on the house that I'm selling in Pacifica. The two gentlemen (Rafe & Junior) who came took time to assess the problem and fixed the heater. They look very professional and they make sure that they don't leave any mess in the property. Yesterday, Trio Heating and Air conducted an air duct cleaning at our house, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. They did airduct cleaning for our two systems, dryer vent cleaning, HVAC system purification and installation ActivePure" Air Purification. Jay and Peter, who handled the job, were exceptional. Their work was not only outstanding in quality but they also displayed excellent customer care skills. They exceeded our expectations, and we are thoroughly satisfied with their service. I received multiple quotes from various HVAC companies and chose Trio Heating and Air to install a ductless mini split. The preliminary onsite visit by Cesar was the most professional of the companies. By the end of his visit, we had a plan, estimated cost, and felt great about our move forward. He worked with our schedule, allowing us to do some preliminary steps necessary for the installation. Additionally, Cesar worked to reduce our overall cost by applying for rebates specific to our situation. Lastly, the installers themselves were able to do everything in less than 2 days and it turned out great and exactly to plan. During the installation, the installers were always asking if we were sure and were actively giving us different suggestions in case any of them were better than our plan. Turned out great and will definitely look forward to using Trio Heating and Air in the future. Thanks!
We had AC added to our existing 10 yr old furnace.While we had some hiccups in the actual installation process, our project manager, Rafe, did an EXCELLENT job of following up on all the things that needed corrected quickly and in a timely manner. There was NO hesitation about fixing anything we were concerned with.In the end we had a well functioning AC unit.
Rafe came to our house to give an estimate for air duct cleaning. He was unbelievably courteous, respectful and answered not only the questions we had, but went above and beyond to help us solve several other problems we had in our house. We would absolutely recommend using him.
From the start, the introductory appointment to survey the situation was different than the three other companies I called. Trio Heating and Air was the only one who had a man put on his white body suit covering from head to toe and a mask and actually see for himself the extend of the work that would be needed in the crawl space. He checked out the ducting that had been destroyed by rats and even saw a water leak.All the ducting had to be replaced. The register vents were disinfected as well.The team was made up of Milton, Jay, Lalo and Hector. The team leader, Milton explained to all the workers how they were going to proceed before they went into the crawl space. Very organized and they systematically got the work done. Even the team leader was down under and making sure everything was done correctly. What a nice and diligent team! I can highly recommend Trio Heating and Air with no reservation. Thank you Trio Heating and Air for a job well done!!

Within 2 hours I met with Cezar who did a thorough review and we discussed what I would like. An estimate with rebates was prepared and discussed with me. The install date is scheduled about 10 days out. Very responsive so far.

This technician was professional and informed me as to what exactly was going on. I'm glad I was able to schedule this company to send someone out that actually knew what they were doing. There have been no issues with the furnace or the thermostat since.

He helped us to make decisions about the installations that ended up reducing our cost and construction inconvenience. I did have to contact him twice about the status of our project, but he responded immediately each time. Hector and his team did a great job covering our wood floors, and were careful when removing the old equipment and bringing in the new equipment. Hector was definitely the team leader giving instructions to his team. They all worked diligently and completed what was supposed to be a 2 day job in one day. When Hector had to contact Thomas about an issue, Thomas responded and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. The team cleaned up inside and out when they were finished. Hector made sure my husband was able to connect the new Nest thermostat they installed to the internet. There was a problem getting it connected, but Hector wanted to give it one more attempt. We figured out the problem and he was able to get the Nest connected. We are very pleased with the installation. We hope the final inspection and permit goes as well.
